The results set out in the tables were achieved in a Standardised Product Evaluation (SPE) conducted independently by Microbiology Laboratories Australia. The evaluation was a replicated bioassay conducted under controlled conditions using Axe wheat grown in fabricated sandy clay loams that are standardised for type, texture, chemistry, pH and biology and are marginally low in all plant nutrients and carbon.
In the evaluation bioassay TM Agricultural was applied as a spray to the surface of the soils one week before sowing @ 250 mL/ha and as a foliar spray at early tillering (Z21) @ 250 mL/ha. (250 + 250.)

tended to increase the overall microbial balance of acid and alkaline soils
substantially increased mycorrhizal fungi (VAM) in acid soil
substantially increased protozoa populations in acid and alkaline soils
Crop growth and nutrient status
TM Agricultural improved the root to shoot ratio compared to the untreated control and increased grain nutrient concentrations in wheat grown on alkaline soil.
